In the beginning there was nothing but a guy and an empty space, Ernesto Lozano decided to convert the empty space into a cafe for the new community in Cochrane Alberta. It was just an idea, and idea that would turn into something great, our founder wanted this to be a place where everyone can interact. And he knew the perfect name for it, "The Hub", a place to connect.

It wasn't easy to make this idea flourish, Ernesto didn't know it yet but he was about to embark on a journey with many roadblocks. The next year was a year full of disappointment, many different things needed to be done in order for The Hub to come to life, however he was resilient and obstruction after obstruction he managed to finally open shop, March 14 2016 was a day that Ernesto will never forget.

The Hub is a place to connect, a place where one can let their worries free and simply enjoy their time. We offer a variety of dishes, from breakfast to lunch as well as night appetizers, such as wings and our specialty dish Shrimp Tacos. You can enjoy our music nights, our if you feel courageous you can come and be part of our open mic night. We also carry a number of different board games for anyone to use. We are proud of what we do and how we do it.
